In the classic client. It doesn’t matter if I remove all addons or if I use them. They’re not showing up. How do I fix this?
edit: Not even removing WTF folder makes them show.

please be more specific/descriptive.
If you don’t see the Addon button on the character selection screen, make sure your addons are in the _classic_\Interface\AddOns folder.
Make sure, that each addon is in it’s own folder. Each folder is named after the addon and contains a file of the datatype toc, with the same name as the folder. _classic_\Interface\AddOns\AddonName\AddonName.toc not _classic_\Interface\AddOns\AddonName_v123\AddonName.toc.
