Do I have to do a questline to even get to Argus,
and do I have to do it on all my alts if I wanna farm
Antorus with those alts?
The unlock is Account Wide so you won’t need to do it on alts.
Not sure exactly what is needed. Probaly speaking with Khadgar in Dalaran. Might be an intro scenario or something. I think Google “How to Unlock Argus in WoW Legion” will get you the answer.
