trying to do the world quests in the new area but it wont let me click on the phase conduits to do the quests, tried taking off my addons but doesn’t make a difference.

You need to complete the main quests in order to do phasediving. You will get both the phasediving feature and the new cloak item.

iv done all the story quests and have all the word quest unlocked and is that the cloak that you need to speak to Hashim to use? i have that but stiil the world quests i need to phasedive i cant click on the portal thing ,there’s no yellow outline around it like i see in youtube vids
