Cant go to Mechagon

After quitting in Uldir and only resubbing once then doing some stuff in nazjatar and leaving again, I came back 2 weeks ago and its seemingly impossible for me to unlock Mechagon, I have world quests in Nazjatar, my neck is 82, but no gnome or intro quest to be seen.
Ive continued to do quests in Nazjatar in hopes something would happen, went over my quest log multiple times, googled the solution multiple times, checked every single location multiple times, went to mechagon itself where I cant even unlock the flight path, its seemingly impossible.

After my return I’ve been the victim of a oversight already, not being able to get level 50 neck for free (presumably because I got 35 for free in that one month of resubbing) so I resorted to making this post, since tickets arent working and livechat is unavailable.

Yeah, you are not gonna get help from Blizzard here.
But i would suggest going to Boralis and check flightpath in tradewind and see if you can see the gnomes with quests there.
