Cant Install Battle net

Cannot even install Battle.net Launcher.
Anytime I open Exe file I get - Woops looks like something broke.
Code - BLZBNTBTS000007D0.
Tried Resetting network settings - no avail.
All drivers updated.
Restarted PC several times.

Could be an issue with AV restricting the .exe from installing.

All AV’s and Firewall are disabled sadly. Still no effect

Most security software cannot actually be disabled, so uninstalling said software is more often than not the only way to make sure no interference is caused.

If that doesn’t do the trick either: I’d recommend to have a look inside the MSINFO log of the computer. If all the data fields show up empty, then it is very likely that the WMI service of Windows has been disabled. Said service, apart from playing a role in the data collection, is also vital for a number of file authentication processes - including those relevant to installing the battle.net app. The steps listed here cover how to return this service to its normal function.

Update: Had to do with my ISP apparently.
When using a VPN just to initiate the installation, it was fine.
Without VPN could not download the game or later update it, with VPN all fine.

Hopefully someone finds this useful as this was the only thing that proved effective for me.
