Can't invite a player to a guild

My toons are on Defias. I am in a guild that is spread across multiple realms. I have a friend who is on Kazzak, we are able to communicate and pair up for world content and dungeons. But when I go to the guild tab and type his [name]-[realm] into “invite players”, it tells me player not found.

I presume this is a cross realm issue, but why is it that we can communicate and play, but can’t be in the same guild? Officers can’t invite him either. My friend can apply to the guild, but his name does not show up in the list.

Is there a way around this? Do I make a ticket?

So… guild membership is limited to players on the same realm as you or realms that are directly connected to your realm.

You are on a Roleplay realm and your realm connections are:-
Scarshield Legion, Sporeggar, The Venture Co, Ravenholdt, Defias Brotherhood, Darkmoon Faire and Earthen Ring

Unfortunately as your friend is on Kazzak he will not be able to join your guild. He will either need to move realm to one on your connection list or create a new character on your connection list.

Kazzak itself is a very busy realm and is therefore not connected to any other realm at the moment so your friend can only join guilds on the Kazzak realm.

No and No I am afraid.

He can buy a character transfer and move his character to your realm (or a connected one)

please note

  1. it does cost €25
  2. some restriction apply to character transfer - you can check them out here

another option is creating a new character on your realm (or a connected one).

Ok, thank you all.
