I have 2 characters stuck in a Guild, both on Nozdormu - GER
On the bottom menu the Banner for the guild is Blank, if I press J it shows me in the Guild but for some reason the 4 members show as online, as in not greyed out for beeing offline, but it only shows class and race info, not even the rank or anything else.
It still shows my reputaion with the guild and perks.
Clicking myself and pressing elave guild does nothing.
/gquit says that I am in no guild and also does not work.
Others can’t invite me in a Guild since I am already in one.
Under my name, if i show it or other see it, there is no Guild name.
Guild Bank is also not acessible.
Guild Leader has not played since Shadowlands and can’t kick me.
I opend a Ticket and the customer support said they can’t help me forwared me to an UI reset, that did not help, and closed the Ticket… first GM did not even read my Ticket correcty.
Pretty annoyed about this cause I would like to be in the Guild of my main with my alts.

Sorry to hear that you’re having an issue with these two characters. This can usually happen if you have used a character service (transfer, faction change, etc.) on a character, and we have a support page here, if you need more information:
Both Chars are on that realm for over a year and in that guild since Shadownlands.
I can wait for next reset and report but I recon it wont change much.
Also the problem is the other way around, I can see the guild but aperently I am in none and one at the same time.

Have you tried to get someone to invite you to a different guild? Apparently occasionally there is a bug (usually, not always, linked to transferring realm/undeleting characters) where it shows you in a guild when you’re not.

Another suggestion from a while back:
Easiest way to fix:
Type /gquit in your chat (it will say you’re not in a guild).
Exit and restart the client… try again.
This has been working for others.
Alternatively, maintenance may fix it too.
Has been tryed already. I can’t be invited since I am already in a guild.

Just edited to include another suggestion. Hope you get it sorted soon. On the plus side, not long until the next maintenance so fingers crossed!
We are after reset now and nothing has changed.
Still both characters are Stuck in ths strange guild.
Edit by Poisonenvy has been tried and it does not work.
Interface has also been reset and also changes nothing about the situation.
I would really like to join the Guild of my friends with my alts at some day…
Sorry to hear that the issue persists after the maintenance, Suzaku.
As mentioned in the link that I posted in my response, please do open a ticket and a game master should be able to check what is happening with your characters and with this guild. Thank you. 
I did that before and the GM literally told me they can’t help and closed the ticked.

Your ticket was done before the maintenance. Could you reply to it, and mention that the maintenance has not solved this? You can also provide the link in my response.
As for deleting your characters, you could try, but I’m not sure if this would help I’m afraid.
