Can't link in the chat

Hello community

Since TBC, I see everyone can link quests, items, and everything in the chat, but I can’t, I click Shift + left click and it types in the channel the name of the item or quest, but not clickable for the info.

Why can it be?

do you use a chat addon?

No I don’t, I tried uninstalling all the addon and still it doesn’t work
