Can't lock the exp

for some rison i cant lock my exp on this charachter idk why :frowning:
there is no alternative to click on to lock it …

Quick update: Our developers located a bug preventing characters above level 50 from being able to lock their experience, and a fix is being worked on.

Original message:
The NPC can be phased out by certain quest chains, like the Battle for Azeroth or Darkshore intro chains. If you could send a bug-report from the in-game Support menu, that’ll capture character info to let our developers know what phase you’re in, so they can take a look.

Completing whatever Quest chain you have active in your faction’s capital city should help, but if not, open a ticket and we’ll take a look.

Thanks for confirming this is a bug Galcavon. Whilst I’ve been enjoying Dragonflight most of my Alts are still 60 because of wanting to finish off Shadowlands Content before moving on and hitting 61 doing Zereth Mortis/Covenant Campaigns/Torghast isn’t really something I want them to be doing.

I’ve spoken to the relevant NPC’s on both factions, neither give the option at Level 60.

@Galcavon is this considered a bug for Level 60 characters? On the US Site I found this (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/320331) which indicates you can’t EXP Lock for 60+. Is this intentional, or is there a plan for changing it? I tried to check the PTR and that seems to not give the option either (however the PTR doesn’t seem to go above 60).

I’d like to know because I have about 15+ characters at 60 that I don’t want to play because I don’t want to level up doing Shadowlands Content and I know some things have been difficult for people who levelled up (World Quests rewarding Unity pieces not being completable, rewards EXP despite being max level, Rares that can’t be spawned (Zatojin)).
