Cant log in, game loading screen stuck or "A Character With That Name Already Exists"

hello, cant login to the game since 30 mins. I have the problem in all of my charakters.
either the loading screens stucks or it kicks me and says “A Character With That Name Already Exists”

already tried: UI reset, disable all addons, wait 15 min and scan and repair.

If the loading screen stucks at end of the bar, i can hear sometimes the “click” sound, when someone comes online in the guild :slight_smile: but cant hear something else if I press a skill or sth.

Any other help?

I can see why so many people trying to defend Blizzard, and asking for a refund of a day is kind of lame, but in the same time - its a multi billion dollar company , that also is associated and is owned by Microsoft aren’t able to provide normal and hassle free CI/CD of their servers, for paying customer.

This is not just unacceptable, this is also very sad and worrying.

I don’t believe that this is the standard they should be showing.

We have to take into consideration that Blizzard is a low-budget company new to this with MMos, and we also don’t have to pay monthly to be able to play, plus they are always happy to compensate us when this kind of thing happens. /sarcasm:off
