Can't log in on PTR

Hi, i just got recently PTR so i decided to try out.

So the download got it normal, launching normal, then i decide to copy my hunter Destrarïon-khaz-modan to the PTR and when i try to log in, the loading screen bar is full but is stuck. if you wait long enought it show " you have been disconnected".

Since it’s my first time on PTR, i would like to find out if there’s somewhere to post on a Beta forum and if it possible to solve it since i don’t get on the menu character the way to report the bug yet.

Hi Arythwinn,
I’ve now seen your guide about to Access the Public Test Realm.

  • “Sorry, you haven’t been invited to play this game yet”
    I’ve been invited since i could download the PTR via Battle.net :white_check_mark:
  • “Public Test realm isn’t available”
    Actually PTR server is showing “Low” so i suggest they are at the moment open :question:
    If not open, where i can see the status when the PTR will be open ?
  • “Error installing PTR: Unable to initialize storage”
    Able to download the game successfully and to copy my main character on PTR realm. :white_check_mark:

I have same issues, but only with lvl 120 chars. Lower level chars are logging in without any problem.
