Keeps changing version, from 9.2.5 to 9.2.7, then back to 9.2.5 etc but still cant log in.

Same problem here. Btw just now blizz tweeted about issue. So they know and working on it.
Ya since US servers are undergoing reset, i think they just decided to update AH for EU as well while at it, guess the evening reset will be shorter this way.
