Anything would be nice at this point, we are pretty much locked out of our accounts with no information as to when or if it’s being looked into, I just want to slay some dragons and eat pizza haha

Where would I look to raise a ticket, I tried to do it here but they are asking for everything including my dogs name and I don’t have a dog.

I wanted to re-sub but I’m just stuck at the char selection screen as well. Everything is black, I cannot change realms and there’s a little loading bar at the center top always stuck at 50%. This is on 2 different devices with addons disabled, deleted WTF and so on…
