On Silvermoon (EU) i cant log into the majority of my characters. i have tried the unstuck feature and a reinstall to no avail. the loading bar goes to either 75% or 90% and the gets “stuck” for 20/30 seconds after that i return to the character selection screen with the message “character not found”. it doesnt happen on any other server i have characters on. also im not the only one in my friend group who has the same issue. after multiple tickets in game being closed and “resolved” while no information or solution is being provided.

I’m having exactly the same issue too. Same responses from GMs.
Having the same issue, response to tickets are not helpful
Also having the same problem, support has been no help, going round in circles!
the issue is now resolved but no information as to what the problem was has been given.
