Can't login to TBC realms, "no active game time" despite active subscription

Hi, I am unable to login into TBC Classic. I am perfectly fine entering SoM / WoW Classic, but can’t reach TBC. The error message I get is “Active game time required.” I am, however, subbed. I am trying to connect to Zandalari Tribe - EU, where I have multiple toons.
This issue has first started with my resub on 27/11 and has persisted through multiple restarts/relogs.

And check that it actually says that you have an active subscription. If it doesn’t then your subscription payment failed.

It could also be your TBCC characters are on another Warcraft account that doesn’t have gametime.

i had two accounts pal and after yesterdays update it reset to my other one which had no gametime, maybe thats your issue
