CAN'T MOUNT; ongoing problem!

Whenever I try to mount up I get an error CANT DO THAT YET

I can’t use any of my mounts (except the engineer Helicopter for some reason)

This occasionally happens after using heartstones/engi teleporters and other quick travel toys/devices

Can be fixed only by joining and leaving a battleground/arena and is quite annoying

I’ve not exactly pointed the exact action that makes this happens, but it is not limited to just one of my characters, and it keep happening ever since the patch

I have the same issue on my paladin today, can’t use any mounts, including divine steed, says “cant do that yet”, but other characters work fine.

Edit: joining and leaving BG didnt fix it for me, and I can only mount Red Flying Cloud and Obsidian Krolusk

If you still have trouble with this today, please try again after doing an Arena skirmish. This forcibly clears any buffs/debuffs that could potentially cause this to happen.

It did not clear anything for me. I had to run through AV as I was unable to mount up with the PX-238 Winter Wondervolt buff. :roll_eyes:

Same for me on my Death knight. I cant use any sort of mounts. water, flying, ground. its Very Very frustrating… cant seem to fix it

Mounting with any kind of transformation buff: Winter Wondervolt gnome, Ghost from Hallow’s end, any similar thing: you cannot mount.

I have had this with both Winter Wondervolt buff and a few alts that still had their Hallow’s end costumes on.

I have just finished doing Winter Veil quests in Draenor, teleported back with my Garrison Hearthstone, now I can’t mount again.

I keeps on happening so often when I’m trying to travel in the open world, battleground queue is close to five minutes or longer and I’m tired of ruining arena skirmish by afking out for other players already.

I had Soul Split: Good - debuff from TBC engineering teleporter on me at the time if it helps somehow in determining the issue.

I just teleported to Argus (with the teleportation debuff) and guess what, I can’t mount again. Forgive my attitude but this is becoming infuriating.

I have exactly the same issue on one of my characters, started a few days ago, and unable to even create a ticket for this, nice way to treat loyal customers. Fix it now please.

please pass this on higher up urgently, it is game breaking and it is relatively easy to reproduce the conditions described in the topic

Hello. Please fix this problem with server lags. It started from 8.1, i cannot even change form on my druid. This game for now is unable to play…

10 days later this is still an ongoing problem

have a Soul Split: Evil! teleporter debuff and I can’t mount again, although the transformation buffs no longer seem to cause problems

without using the teleporter;

after using Celestial Defender’s Medallion toy, it won’t let me mount

after using Sha’tari Defender’s Medallion toy, I can still mount somehow

buggy and inconsistent behavior dependent on transformations and debuffs
