I’m trying to renew my account sub but my payment methods are not accepted. Tried 2 cards which usually work. (Mastercard or Visa)

Several people are mentioning problems with paying so it could be a temporary problem. You could try removing your payment methods and then adding them back to see if that helps

Even though it’s not related to gametime, I’ve added balance to my battle.net account and somehow when I try to make a purchase in-game, it does nothing.
The new balance is showing up in my account so I don’t see why it’s not working in-game?
same here, just added balance, but i am unable to make in-game purchases. I am also not able to open a ticket from the game as it disconnects me or tells me to restart the game

Trying to return / but a 1 month sub and the same:
Checked / updated all my account details.
removed and added all payment types.
Have seen the card check happen - all good. (phone banking)
But when doing the sub…:

I’d got this with paypal/same card before I re-did the payment details.
I’m inclined to think this is Bliz side of things…

Well after more digging and this article:
I tried in another browser and it worked 1st time…!
I was getting this error in chrome. Tried switching to edge and it worked first time.

Tried in chrome, Edge and even Tor browser, removed and added payment options, still wont let me give money to this indie company
You shouldn’t necro old threads, open a ticket and give them the error you get and which card you are using, don’t include card numbers.
Please do not resurrect old threads. If you have an issue please check for known issues and/or start your own thread.
