im not able to get any quest in the Burning Steppes location. Im level 39 human hunter. The NPC has a gray exclamation mark above its head instead of yellow. Why? Thanks.
That would mean there is a prerequisite for that quest, either it’s restricted by level or you need to do other quests before doing that one. Burning Steppes is a level 40 zone, so it could honestly be either one. Try and see if you can’t get the quest at level 40. If you can’t, then it means you need to do something else first. Try to look for a Hero’s call board in stormwind and pick up the introductory quest there (or from your adventure guide!).
