Can't pick up Remnants of Hope quest for Torghast

I am unable to pick up the quest ‘Remnants of Hope’ in Torghast.
I have completed ‘Exploring Torghast’, but I am not getting any quests from Bolvar Fordragon, making me unable to progress further. What do I do now? I seem kinda stuck. Thanks in advance.

PS: I see other people have problems with this as well?

Yep notably in this thread Remnants of Hope quest not given after completing Explore Torghast quest though it doesn’t seem there’s something wrong, some people get them others do not (in WoWhead comments)

Sadly Blizzard support saying “It’s working” is not making it work :frowning:
