Can't post on WOW forums

When I clicked on Change Character on my phone, only my Battle Tag was displayed but no characters. I logged out and then logged in to try to fix the issue and I lost access to all characters.
I am unable to select my World of Warcraft characters to post on the forums. It says “You need a level 10 character to post on the forums.” I have many 10+ characters. When I click on Change Character, only my Battle Tag is displayed.
I can still post on my laptop because I haven’t logged out. But it’s only this character, I am unable to change it.

I have the same issue, it seems to be connected with the armory having bugged out and characters not being recognised by the forum any more.

Weirdly my two level 10 characters on the US forums have not got the issue and both appear there fine and I am able to swap between them fine.

I also had this problem.

Then I realized that I was trying to post on NA forums. I don’t have any character on any NA server. My characters are on EU servers.

Double check your URL bar and make sure you’re on the region where do you have your characters (just after https:// it should *say “eu” or “na” for example).

Thanks for reporting your situation with posting on the forums with your characters, as Marranu mentioned that can usually happen if you’re accessing the forums for another region to where your WoW account is.

Though currently some Armory issues have been causing this to happen too, we’re looking into the Armory issues at the moment and working to sort them.

Hi Skarokuffe,

I am not trying to access the US forum, my subscription and most characters are on a European account and I was trying to post on the European forum on my phone.

I have a starter US account with 1 character and as Afenton said, the US forum is working fine.

Edit: Logging out and then in again fixed the issue with my retail characters. My Classic characters are still missing though.

Update: Logging out and then in again this morning fixed the problem. My Classic characters are now available.
