So im pretty much new to the game and made a new character on a new server. I’ve starting levelling them and have reached level 22 and my scouting map has a ! on it but when i click it it doesnt give a quest so im unsure of how to keep levelling in Kul tiras
You need to be level 25 before you can access Drustvar. The grey questionmark shows that the NPC (or map in this case) has a higher level quest not yet available to you.
Try doing some side quests in the Tiragarde Sound or some other extra content if you have completed the main quest.
