Can't progress War Campaign, bug tracker says fixed

I know a lot of players are were/are experiencing this, but I can’t access War Campaign, cloak, visions, natjatar or anything on my new alt that just hit lv 50 today.

According to bug tracker it is fixed, but I cant access it still.

Anyone else still having this problem?
