Since Anduins been yanked away, can’t go to him to start the wrathion questline for the cloak. Can’t even progress enough in the story to see when Anduin gets yoinked.
Completely cleared quest log, so no phasing issue with mutliple quests etc. Just forced to the end of the story line, with none of the build up to it.
its a phasing issue between 2 quests, the one for tyrrande and the unwelcome advisor.
abandon the tyrrande quest, and it should rephase, but have no turalyon or anduin on the throne, coz he is in the war room instead.
take the tyrande quest of meiv or how ever her name is spelt, and then complete it so you have to go back to darnassus.
then relog, so you get the “unwelcome advisor” quest again when you log back in, but DON’T accept it … aduin should be sat on the throne … just go talk to him and click “im here to help” … and it will goto cut scene, then you just carry on with the quest chain as normal.
done this now on both my priest and mage, and it fixed it both times coz it was phased so turalyon was sat on the throne.

nice one! this worked for anyone else stuck. Drop the quest and go in the room to the side, and accept the quest of Maiev. Relog and Anduins back on the throne where you can chat to him! Didn’t need to go to Darnasus for the quest, literally just pick it up and relog.
