Can't queue for Random TWW dungeons at 70

My ilvl is 486 but it says i do not meet the requirements.

The Rookery on Dunheonfinder opens at level 71, so you don’t meet the requirements.
Message is absolutely correct.

Please delete this answer because I posted twice

Because you need to be lvl 71 for the first one “The Rookery”. The rest of the dungeons have higher have level restrictions.

You will need to get to 71 on your first char, or skip the intro on an alt(after you have completed the campaign on another), which allows you to queue right away.

Because the very first dungeon in TWW “The Rookery” requires you to be lvl 71. There are lvl restrictions for the rest of the dungeons as well. You can check them out here

However the game actually does tell you that you don’t meet the requirements for any TWW dungeon.

Once you hit level 71 you get the Rookery shown as (71 - 80).
