Cant queue for timewalking dungeons

I made a new dracthyr warlock, boostd it to 70, i cant queue for the current timewalking event. I checked chromie, no options there, i lvld to 71, still cant queue for timewalking dungeons, the option does not show up in LFG

You need to wait 24 hours after boosting before you can enter that type of content.

Are you sure? I can queue for all the other dungeons, TWW and even the new event LFR. Just not timewalking, i dont see why they would single that one out of boosted characters
