Cant queue in a brawler's guild ? help

i was rank 10 in legion, but now when i came back for the brawler’s guild im rank 1 (obviously) and i cant queue.
do i need an invitation ? cuz i read i dont need if i was ranked before.

You need to be 120 and have a previous invite dont need to buy one if you have had it before .

there were total of 8 ranks tho? at least for me there were 8.

I remember hitting rank 10 in MoP but after that it got revamped and we’ve had 8 ever since.
