Can't reach named rare Skuld Vit in Ardenweald

I have no idea if this even is the correct way to report a bug since you guys made this process so needlessly complicated.

In Ardenweald there’s a rare called Skuld Vit who’s in a cave whose entrance is protected by a barrier. Players who are Night Fae can Soulshape to enter (or so Wowhead says). However, no matter how many times I’ve tried, Soulshape does not allow entry into the cave. I’ve seen a YouTube video of someone using Soulshape to enter so I can only assume that this is a bug right now.

When I bring up the WoW bug reporting support article it’s quite simplified. For EU it’s this way:

In Shadowlands

  1. Pres Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support .
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report .
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit .

I still have the same problem. I’m with the Night Fae, and using Soulshape > Flicker doesn’t work.

I managed to make this with a hunter, using volley from the limit of the blue field when Skuld is at his nearest position, that aggroed him and disbled the blue field. Then, the blue field was working as proper for everyone.

You can send your pet to aggro him and then pull your pet back to pull him out of the barrier too
