Can't reactivate Authenticator

I tried resolving the issue with online ticket and they told me i should post the problem on the forums.

My problem, like so many more people, i can’t reconfigure/ reactivate the authenticator on bnet mobile app.
I’ve tried every possible solution on the forums, all the solutions provided by game masters, nothing works. I can log in to the mobile app, but its keeps trying to connect but never does until it inevitably fails and without the mobile app working properly i can’t configure the authenticator, wish in turn makes ir impossible to have extra security on my account and have 4 bag slots blocked in WoW…

So i hope a fix comes quick to the mobile app, or at the very least let players configure the authenticator on an external app.
