Hello, I cannot recover a character on a locked realm.
“There is a problem restoring your character. Please try again later”
It’s shown the same error message whenever I try for the last few months.
I also cannot make a character:
“Only players who already have characters on this realm are currently allowed to create characters.”
Is there a way around this issue? I’ve made a ticket in game with no luck.
FYI: Restoring characters on other realms works fine.
