Ive saved the first 2 spark of Dreams to recraft my 437 2 hander into a 463.
The recraft button is Greyed out because its telling me I need Another enchanted wryms crest. i already had that when I crafted into a 437, why do i need another ?
In the UI all the mats are there, the result is showing as 463 but the recraft button is greyed out, the only clue I get is when I hover over the enchanted Wyms crest slot, theres red text tellling me i need another spark of shadowflame, which is wrong cos the in that slot is an enchanted wryms crest.
Because it’s a new season. Everyone’s crests got reset at the start of the season and to be clear you need an enchanted dreaming wyrm crest. Spark items are 457, 476, and 486 respectively based on what additional crafting material you provide.
It was the same in S2, you could recraft to save general materials but you couldn’t skip the upgrade mats just because you’d upgraded the thing before in a prior season.
I got lost when upgrading my wand with the new spark from 437 to 463. The button was also greyed out and i couldn’t figure out why. Turned out to be that the previously used optional regents were still set and i had to remove the regent that increased the Spark of Shadowflames ilvl becuase of course it’s not compatabile with the new S3 sparks.
Makes sense once you realise what the problem is, but it’s not exactly obvious until you do!

That was the problem, I had to remove the enchanted wyrms crest entirely, and leave that slot empty, as soon as I did that, the Recraft button was available.
Oh, THAT was what you wanted to do. Apologies I thought you were explicitly trying to make the item 467-476. To do that you would need the new enchanted wyrm crest which you don’t have.
