So, my friend wants to start playing with me. He went through the horrible captcha missions that honestly, it’s just laughable how bad they are and how blizzard couldnt care less about user experience and after 1 hour of trying he always gets “Value is invalid” after successfully completing it. He tried all things we saw online, with/without vpn, on mobile, on edge, chrome, firefox, different networks, nothing works.
Is the account creation down? And if so why isn’t account creation disabled and why do you make people slave away entering this horrible captcha stuff trying again and again.

We’re not aware of any current issues with account creations, and your friend can find more info about troubleshooting steps and workarounds to try here:
It sounds like they’ve been through some of it already, though from experience using a third party platform seems to be the most reliable way to get past this.
If they still can’t get it to work, please ask them to note down the specific error code they are seeding and follow the link in the support article above to provide it so we can investigate further.

I have the same problem, can’t get through the phone captcha, it keeps saying “Value is invalid” every single.
I had that issue when I was using a DNS based adblocker such as pihole or adguard. If you’re using one of those, try disabling them for this action.
