Someone marked my ticket as Resolved, now I cant reopen it. It is not solved.
I am always getting “pre-made” bot answers and no one can really help me.
Please blizzard we pay monthly to get a better customer support

Technically the customer support is free, and your monthly payment is to access the game.
What exactly is your ticket about? Some issues can’t be resolved by GM’s. As in, I think that there are some issues they aren’t allowed to intervene in, if theres a self-service option, etc.

Leaving a party is not something they would ban you for. Nor is that text an actual ban reason from Blizzard.
They don’t permit discussions of account actions on these forums, but I would read the email they sent you informing you of the ban, for instructions on how to appeal, and for the actual ban reason.

They are telling: HUNTER LEAVE PARTY. That’s the reason of a “spam” report that someone did to me ingame, so not a human was reviewing my ticket andreports, just people like you reporting because too much time without a hug

From what you copied from the email I’d say the ban was not about what you said but rather that you were spamming it.
The text shown is just an example of what you were reported as spamming but there may of been other things too.
7 days seems rather harsh so at a guess this isn’t your first ban?
Either way, all you can do is keep trying to appeal via the link in the email as Trovlak said. CS won’t help you on the forums and will just lock or delete the thread as it’s against their rules to post about bans.

I asked for the ban reason and they told me that I was spamming.
When you click on someone’s name you need to select a cause for your report, the one example they gave me is someone that reported me for spamming, and THEN they wrote inside the box: HUNTER LEADER LEAVE. Because probably I left a party and they needed something to report me.
I did not spam a single thing, I am trying to reopen the ticket because what they are telling makes no sense, and probably I got reported by Mad mythic key poggers, people mad for leaving group, and maybe I dont know…
The thing is that only bots reply, and for my understanding you also dont get a thing.
I am writing this post cause they are not allowing me to reopen a ticket because they have probably technical issues (as always) and I need a GM to take care of things, and not an automated bot
I do understand and I’m not accusing you of anything, I have no idea what actions you did in game. I was just saying how the email came across to me but I know their explanations are pretty vague and people do abuse the reports sometimes.
Just trying to point out that there are no GM’s here, nor anyone that will help you with this. The ticket being closed happens sometimes and has done so for a long time and I know customer support is real lacking nowadays (I’d be banned if it said what I really thought of it). But I’m afraid it’s your only option.

Explanations are vague like the ticket responses made by bots.
I asked for an explanation of the ban, and they just copy pasted a template.
I am 100% sure the ban is not correct, as I do not spam and I usually not even talk through chat because I am always playing with people that I know/discord.
I just want a real human to read through the text that I wrote, let me reopen a ticket because that way it can escalate and reach the correct “notallbots” department, and to really check the ban and not only ban because several premades right clicked on me and wrote: XD and get banned for it…
Yes, ban reasons and explanations are always vague, deliberately so. Giving detailed explanations will help people figure out how to evade automated detection systems.
Its frustrating, but I understand why they are vague.
