General advice:
You need active game time to post or reply on any forums other than Technical or Customer Support.
If you have active gametime, then log out of the forums, clear your cookies, and log back in.
If that fails to work, reset your password, to force an account resync.
If that fails to work, you may need a GM to investigate.
