The issue is, the game only allows the right click of players portraits or a right click of players name in chat, yet the system in place, doesn’t allow for reporting others, without those options… And I suspect a player, of manipulating the action house, via a BOT, that pretty much never logs off! But there is no option to report them, even though I know their character’s name and server name!
And thats why the hacks@blizzard.com email address exists. So despite your assertation that you can’t report them, actually, yes you can.
In Naz’jatar, I see a lot of Feral Druids in a group was collecting reagents. When I want to report them as BOT/Cheating, I couldn’t have time to click as they were flying and their names were Russian language: I can say Blizzard didn’t bring a good reporting system.
Indeed, better reporting system is needed.
