Cant see Azuregos. Does not matter if I have wm off or on. Phased from all groups. Been at spawn point forever.
What’s the deal.
I have the same issue. I also have this quest from island expeditions which I should return for Duke Hydraxis (also at Azshara), but the NPC simply isn’t there. I read from elsewhere that if I’d complete Twilight Highlands intro, it would magically fix this, but I have 0 clue where I’m at on that quest chain so can’t do that.

There are a number of issues that could cause this but all of them do indeed boil down to phasing.
The Twilight Highlands intro would certainly be applicable to Horde characters so if you havent done that or abandoned it part way through, it would be wise to pick it up again. Quest markers should be visible on the map for both Orgrimmar and Azshara. Alliance characters though should not be affected by this as their intro experience happens in Stormwind.
I had a check and it looks like Azuregos is spawning and visible so if you can’t find him, it would be best to contact our support team via a ticket. They can check for any phasing issues and address any issues appropriately
