Can't see "Darkness" - on ground effects

Hi,

when my DH Buddy uses the spell “Darkness” i can hardly see it. I only see some black swirls but i remember in Legion it was pitch black and easy to see. Why is that?

Did i turn something off in the Graphic options? i am playing between Settings 4-5.

Probably you lowered Particle Density option, as it is responsible for visuals of spells and effects.

Hey Tenken,

The cause of this is “Projected Textures” within the System > Graphics section. If you enable them you’ll then get full visual AOE spells on the ground, this makes it easier to see AOE spells for friendly units, enemies and boss encounters.
