Can't see mail after gear update

I recently returned to World of Warcraft after a long hiatus since the Lich King expansion. Upon logging in, I opted for the “gear upgrade” option. I read that my previous bags and items should have been mailed to me. I noticed the “you have mail” icon both on the character selection screen and at the top right corner near the mini-map. However, when I open the mailbox, my inbox is empty.

I have already submitted a ticket and was advised to rename a few folders in the game’s directory. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. I also tried reinstalling the game, but the problem persists.

Could someone please assist me in retrieving my items from the mail? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Heyo, since you have returned in such a long time, would it be possible you have and out of date addon? (addons have gone through aloooot of changes, even where you need to download and install them.

this m ight cause you not seeing any mail.

Hi Винстонкун,

you might still be affected by starter restrictions after adding new game time if you added it recently. Those can last up to 24 hours. You will still see the letter sign at the mini map but the mailbox appears to be empty. :slight_smile:

In case you can’t see any mail after 24h please reset your interface.
