I don’t know how to give more info but I will try to explain it
I have wow 3 and wow 5 both got DF expansion
in wow3 I have my main which is a warrior
in wow 5 ,I want to level up a horde in same realm
now the problem is :
when I log in with the both characters and join the same party
I can see both characters and they can interacted with each other in org , but if I tried to go out of org they won’t be able to see or interact with each others
and if I go to DF zones they won’t be able to interact or see each other , I tried to join guilde group its the same thing I can’t see them or interact with them in DF zones
I tried to do Party sync it works but it will drop my main to level 60 
however if I joined ppl with less than level 70 I can see them
If you can see each other in Orgrimmar but not outside of it, it sounds to me that your characters are in different Chromie Times. In order to interact outside of main cities, you have to be in the same Chromie Time. Also if one is in Chromie Time and one is max lvl and outside of Chromie Time, the can not see each other either. So both have to be in the same Time.
there are some ppl selling boosting service
they can see me and interact with me in dragon flight zones once they are inviting me to their grp
how they can do it , but I can’t XD
I’m not sure, I have never bought boost. But if you are all in a main city, or when the group has entered dungeon, then you can see each other.
