I have warmode turned ON, I relogged, tried turning it ON/OFF multiple times and relogging.
I can’t see anyone, but there are people dueling.
I did all campaign.

Answer: Some random stupid quest from quest log, not even sure what is the name…But I abandonden literally all quests.
