Nope, you still need to be 11 levels higher for legacy buff.
I can do it on my main, but a lot of ppl I know say they struggle.
Its a joke, Blizz failed big time on scaling, they cant seem to get it right anymore and its also why a lot of players left since a big player base loved farming old content solo, farming mounts, pets, mog etc…

I used to be able to solo normal BfA dungeons at the far end of BfA. If it’s impossible now with ten more levels and a hundred ilvls above that, something’s broken.

Theres nothing broken, its a feature…
its just a very target rich feature environment at present.
On a more serious note, yes scaling is terrible at present and has been for a while

It was possible as you had azerite powers and things scaled differently. But once you hit lvl 60 that scaling bonus goes out of whack and you have zero legendary effects, where as n BFA you effectively had stacks of them thanks to old azerite gear.
The only SL thing that works in BFA dungeons from what i’ve experienced is cov abilities. Not the leggo, not any on use trinkets and so on.

No they are not on mythic setting if you are doing it for the mounts the scaleing is bad but Ion thinks its fine .
Soon as the level revamp was known about we said there would be issues and low and behold there is 1 year later .

No you do not it does not work like that now .
You know that there is no legacy buff for prev expansion content right? So if you wanna solo them make some effort. Mythic dungeons are soloable with decent gear even atm, and as the expansion progresses they will be easier and easier.

It’s totally fine, if you’re bad wait some tiers and you can easily do it in ilevel 300 or something. Otherwise git gud.
(Also ppl go for the mounts, that’s how I know)

1st boss went down, wasnt easy, wasnt that hard, got no loot naturally
Kings and Queens after 1st boss … not a chance the dmg they did to me was way above anything I could take or heal throught while doing dmg.

You have worse gear than many people ended BFA with at level 50.
It should come as no surprise that you struggle when your item level is only at a decent level for doing Ny’Alotha back when it was current content
Well, it shouldn’t. 11 levels used to be just over one expansion so you didn’t get legacy on the previous expac but on all those before it. Now with squish 11 levels is just over two expacs. This is uttlerly uncalled for. Soloing content that is 6 years old by the time you get the buff.
And really the Legacy buff really only applies to Raids but here we are mostly talking about 5 man dungeons. I want to go do the Glory achievements in the 5 man dungeons for BFA, I enjoy soloing these, figuring out how to do them seeing if I need a pet class or tank or stealth to do some mechanic.
With Scaling maybe we need a bigger legacy buff with a smaller level gap (like 4).
