Before the patch I was running WoD mythic instances (e.g. Everbloom), but now when I enter them I’m met with some kind of yellow forcefield barrier at the entrance to each. I’ve read the patch notes and can’t see why that would be.
I’m a “Battle for Azeroth” max level 50 player (haven’t upgraded yet) in case that makes a difference.
They might have ducked up the implementation of Season 4 WoD M+ dungeons by making them all require level 60 for access to legacy Mythic.
Looks like it’s already mentioned here, something to do with Gold Challenge mode. I guess I have some googling to do!
I have the same problem, and it doesn`t even matter which mode (normal, heroic, mythic) all are blocked off by this yellowish wall.
Opened a Ticket a couple of days ago, but ofc no reply yet. And the average waiting time they give you on the ticket just goes up ( started out with 24 hours, now its up to 4 days 16 h waiting time).
You know what you’ve piqued my interest, I’m gonna go ingame to see what it looks like.
Edit: I took a screenshot so others don’t have to
I first went to Shadowmoon Burial Grounds but since it’s so dark in there the screenshot looked awful so I went to the Everbloom
Also in SBG the barrier was in both heroic and mythic modes but in the Everbloom it was only there on mythic.
does this look like the barrier before starting a m+ key?
Yes, it’s exactly the same.
My best guess is something went wrong while they are preparing some of the old WoD Mythics to be implemented into the new S4 (and eventually Dragonflight) rotation.
