Can't start Chromie Time

I used a level 50 character boost at level 2 from within Exile’s Reach, there’s no quest to complete the Orgrimmar tour, and there is no quest giver to start the BFA introduction quest as per the FAQ regarding this issue (Only Rokan saying how awesome Voljin was) So I started the Shadowlands intro quest, and this also didn’t allow me to start Chromie Time =\ My ticket just got an auto reply to resources that didn’t help.

Do you have another level 60+ character?

I have 2 level 70 characters.

Does Chromie appear at the expected location?
Did you try /reload?

I’ve tried reloading, restarting the game, and my PC. Chromie is there, she says “I’m afraid you’ll have to become more familiar with the present before you can visit the past. Maybe I can send you back once you’ve toured the city and met with the Warchief!” And as stated in my original post I can’t do this.

Are level 50 boosts still offered? I thought the only option now is to boost to 60?

I still had one from Shadowlands that I never used.

Are you sure you checked the right NPC?

Also since you boosted the intro might be partially completed for you. If there is no quest then go to Zuldazar and see if you can pick up the intro from there.

So check if it was earned on that specific character. If it’s earned then it might be a bug and you need to open a ticket I think.

The NPC next to the adventurer board doesn’t have anything for me. I’ve been to Zandalar, and the quests are completed, the achievement is showing as completed by this character, and the warship is allowing me to use it to travel to all the footholds. I installed an add-on recommended by a friend called btwquest, and it’s also showing the intro quests are completed.

It’s bugged because the boost is from Shadowlands and then you could not use Chromie Time at level 50. Now you can but because such boosts are not sold anymore and rarely used, they did not fix the bug. See if customer support can unlock it for you.
