As said i can’t start the uuna world tour, i did warmode on/off character who did bfa content, character who didn’t do anything. i would like to get baal before shadowland, even with people helping with uuna they don’t see it so baal won’t get trigger…

Baa’l and the short adventure to find him is great, but Customer Support cannot give direct hints on how to complete the “secret” content.
It’s recommended that you check out external sites / guides for this - the Wowhead guide is pretty extensive 
If you believe there is a bug, be sure to report it.

there might be a small chance that you might bug out in Nighthold, its not a permanent bug, just keep trying
