Pretty much as the title says. Fault has only occurred after patching to 8.1.5 this morning.
Can no longer swap action bars with the default keybind as I have done for the past 12yrs+ It’s not a keyboard issue as the Shift key and various combinations work in other Windows apps just fine.
Please help. If I can’t switch action bars on the fly, I can’t play properly.
Your action bars key bindings have reset.
The default bindings were: action bar page (shift+1-6), paging forward (shift+mousewheel up), and paging backward (shift+mousewheel down).

Same happened to me, I’ve been using Mousewheel for years but that was not working today. Don’t remember ever setting this, if I did it was a long time ago.
When I went in it said no key bind for Previous or Next Action bar.
All my graphics setting were reset too making the brightness too high. need to remember what my old settings were…

Funnily enough, the general settings are still there (if you select the check box for char specific / general) but they do not do anything 
I had to go and apply the mousewheel+shift keybindings for every char I have ever created separately to make things like they used to be…
