Can't take screenshots, because Win10 Snipping tool launches instead [solved]

Is there a macro I could use to take a screenshot in game?

I have PrtSc kybind set in WoW keybinds to take screenshots, but instead when I click PrtSc - Snipping Tool app launches, and it does not have an option to change that key bind to something else than PrtSc. It can’t be uninstalled as well - it’s not listed in “Apps & features”.
