Cant transfer character

Hi,

I am having and issue transferring a char due to “clear mailbox on character” but i:

  1. Have no mails in inbox
  2. No ignored users and mails from them
  3. No pending mails from NPC( except i am subscribed to brewmaster’s club from which i cant unsubscribe because i don’t have item for it and its not brewfest)

Could the 3rd one really be a problem?

Additional info its Wotlk classic server, transfer from Golemagg to Gehennas

reset your UI of all addons then try again, if that does not fix it open a ticket.

Don’t just turn off addons, do a reset.

Nope still nothing. Deleted all addons renamed cache and WTF folders. Can you Help me with opening the ticket because the customer support thingy just keeps me in a loop. Is there some other way i can open a ticket and contact a real person :smiley: ?

Look for the “not listed here” option. I think it’s under account.
