Hello, Ive been trying to transfer this character from Lone Wolf to Living Flame since transfers became available. I get an error that says I got a mail, which I have not. I cleared my mailbox, no auctions, no one on ignore and so on. Also opened a ticket that has not been answered yet. Ive seen people on the us forum with similar problems that got fixed after they posted in the forums. Please help!

Same here! I cannot transfer my character from Crusader Strike [EU] to Living Flame [EU] due to mail which i cannot see. Help please!
They can’t help over the forums. The forum staff are not GM’s.
If you really want a GM to delete your mail, you will need to make a proper GM ticket out.
Yea i got the same problem on Crusader Strike EU…mail box issue. Did make a ticket in the morning but for now no respond from GM only replay which send me to forums haha no help.
