Can't transmute?

I’m not sure if I’m missing something obvious, but I’m having serious trouble getting transmutes done consistently.

More often than not I’m unable to transmute despite the UI claiming I have charges available and not having performed a transmute that day.
Clicking craft results in nothing happening.
My crafting UI claims I have 3/10 charges available.

Tried the usual stuff, disabling all adons, reloading, moving away and back to the alchemy bench, getting materials out of the bank incase reagent storage was bugged etc.
Nothing seems to work.

I am having the exact same issue.
Stuck at 3/10 charges and not being able to craft any. It reminds me of when they disabled the experimentations. My character does the beginning of the craft animation but then stops and there’s no progression bar.
I can craft everything else.
I also tried all the usual stuff and didn’t help.

i have same problem with tailoring

says i have 30 crafts for chronobolts but wont let me make any !

Have the same problem on my alt
i have all the mats and it says 1 of 7
but i cannot craft it

tried also with a clean wow but same problem and i don’t even get a error message
