Cant turn in quest/quest markers/npc gone

i have a completed quest “Aww, Rats!” i cant turn it in the npc is missing and so is the marker on the map.

this may tie in, most of the side quests have gone missing from the map in the last day or so. they sometimes show when i am very close to them on the minimap. but never on the main map and disappear on the mini map after 100yards or so.

i have trivial quests turned on, and i also have all “Show” ticked on the main map.

Edit: i have also temporarily removed all Addon’s and the problem still persisted

this shows part of the problem, a quest that isnt on the main map no matter what, and the minimap only displays when im really close

According to wowhead comments the NPC doesn’t move from where he gave you the quest unlesss you take all the quests he has to offer.

the npc doesn’t exist on the map and there is no marker for him, even got the co-ords from wowhead npc not there

Is there an invasion going on in the zone? Or any other reason phases might be messed up?

its all maps in azaroth (havnt been to others yet)
