Hey, anyone else had this issue?
My character can’t turn in “The Radiant Vault” quest Because the NPC is not there.
I can also see the quest “A friendly competition” on the map, but I don’t see the NPC.
I did get all the weekly quests on the island, and this was the first character I went there with.
Everything works fine if I do this on other characters.
